Your Secret Weapons to Give You a Fair Advantage Over Lazy and Sloppy Affiliates

Hi there!

In today’s post, I want to be real with you. There are many lazy affiliates in the world, which is good for you.

It might not be their fault. Many experts assert that affiliate marketing is simple: all you need to do is copy and paste text from the sales page to receive payment.

But that statement is not accurate, nor does it reflect the actual process involved. This is especially true if you aim to maintain this as a long-term business.

If you look up videos about a product you want to promote on YouTube, you can see for yourself. Look through all the videos and see how many views and comments the lazy ones have.

Alternatively, you can create a single product and sell it on either JVZoo or WarriorPlus. One will do.

Let affiliates in and see what requests you get.

Many affiliates claim to have a large list and thousands of followers, yet they are unable to demonstrate any sales.

And they haven’t bought your product…

If you put in the extra effort, you can easily generate affiliate sales. Here are a couple of hidden weapons and strategies you can use:

Sending More Emails

If an average lazy affiliate has an email list, he will send out one email to promote the product.

Because he is lazy, the email will only include the swipe copy that the product creator has given to all of his affiliates. The email will resemble those sent by 100 other lazy affiliates.

And it will still not make many sales, if any.

You can do a whole lot better without resorting to lazy tactics like that.

Instead of sending one email about the product, send one email every day for five days.

Sending, say, five emails instead of one will make it more likely that a user will open your email, and you can cover a lot more ground with five emails.

You can address features and objections more effectively by sending multiple emails. Include one in each email. This approach ensures that you can most likely secure the sale.

Making a Useful Bonus

Lazy affiliates won’t give away a bonus, or they will find cheap PLR and call it a bonus.

If you think about how you can best help your subscribers, you can easily beat them. What would be helpful for them? What specific product or resource can you create that will genuinely enhance their lives?

Some lazy affiliates utilize numerous bonuses for each launch.

These bonuses won’t have much to do with the product they are promoting. For an email marketing course, some lazy affiliates might offer a YouTube course as a bonus. Such an offer will be of no use to the typical email marketer.

The best bonuses will go along with the product you are selling.

If you promote a weight loss program, you can create a guide featuring five-minute exercises designed to help people get in shape.

You could also make a meal planner and shopping list that works with the weight loss program.

Your subscribers will find these bonuses useful.

You will also have to work hard to earn the bonus. The more you can improve it, the more sales you can make. This may even require hiring people to create components that you are unable to produce on your own.

If you think an app would be the best promotional bonus, you can hire a programmer to make it.

No one else will likely give you a bonus that is worth so much.

Going Deep into the Product

This is a fantastic place for you to stand out from the crowd of average affiliates.

Most affiliates will get their affiliate link and use the text from the sales page or swipe copy to promote their products.

They won’t express their opinions about the product.

They won’t know exactly what’s in it or what they would like or dislike about it. They only have what the prospects can see for themselves.

If the affiliate can find it on the sales page, the prospect can, too.

You, who isn’t a lazy affiliate, will take the time to look at the product.

This means either watching the videos or reading the eBook.

For a physical product, it would be best to test it out yourself. The second-best way to find out the truth about a product is to read many reviews by other people.

You need to put in time and effort to either test it yourself (which is best) or do a lot of research.

No lazy affiliate can convince themselves to undertake this task.

This could be a problem for you, though.

If you’re a new affiliate and you find out about a product that you think will be great for your audience, you should hopefully be able to get your hands on it before it comes out.

Even if you’re new, contact the product’s creator to see if you can get a review copy.

When you ask, be honest. Some people will say yes, some will say no, and some will just ignore you.

But what do you have to lose?

If it doesn’t come with a launch, you have the option to purchase it. Alternatively, request a copy to peruse. Again, it never hurts to ask. It’s like dating; the worst they can say is no.

One thing remains certain.

To use this rare, secret method, you must research the product and weigh the pros and cons before deciding.

Is This Process Worth Your Time?

I understand…

People say that affiliate marketing is straightforward. You can do this every day for ten minutes. That’s what the story says.

The truth is different.

It takes time to make a lot of money as an affiliate marketer. It could even be two to three hours a day. Is it really worth it?

Let’s say you support the easy way.

This approach is effective at times, but it can also fail completely. You pay $1 for each new subscriber acquired through advertisements. You send your subscribers promotional emails that are similar to those sent by other lazy affiliate marketers.

How much money do you think this effort will make you?

Is it enough to pay for your bills? You would be wrong if you thought that. And that’s why lazy affiliates don’t last long in this business.

You, on the other hand, could spend three hours a day on one thing.

The commission should be high enough to compensate for the value of your work. And by the end of the week, this item could have made you $1,000. The best value as an affiliate marketer is getting high-ticket sales or recurring income.

Would you be willing to spend 15 hours on that?

Picture that you keep adding happy subscribers to your list. Your next promotion might make you $1,500 in a week. The next one will cost $2,000.

The lazy affiliate can do anything with these secret weapons!
